This policy covers houseofbiznco.com, run by House Of Biz & Company ("we", "us"). It explains what this site collects, why, and your choices.

What this site collects

Website visits. This site is hosted on a standard web server that keeps routine access logs (such as IP address, browser type, date and time, and pages requested) for security and operation. The site itself does not use analytics or advertising trackers.
Fonts. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address and browser information when a page loads. See Google's privacy policy.
Newsletter popup and travel offer. This site loads a popup provided by Creative Marketing Incentives (creativemarketingincentives.biz). It invites you to subscribe to our monthly newsletter and receive a complimentary airfare-and-hotel offer. If you fill it in, the name, email address, and (optional) phone number you enter are sent to Creative Marketing Incentives, which says it will send you the offer and redemption instructions by email and text message. The popup script uses cookies in your browser to control how often the popup appears. See Creative Marketing Incentives' privacy policy.
Email. If you email us, we keep the message and your address so we can answer you.

This site does not sell anything or take payments.

Newsletter and marketing messages

We send newsletter or offer emails only to people who sign up. Every marketing email will identify House Of Biz & Company, include our postal address (House Of Biz & Company, 680 N. DuSable Lake Shore Drive, Suites 101-1737, Chicago, IL 60611), and include a way to unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by emailing admin@houseofbiznco.com, and we will stop within 10 business days. To stop text messages, follow the opt-out instructions in the message or contact us. Signing up is never required to use this site.

How we use and share information

We use personal information only to answer you, to send newsletters and offers you asked for, to keep the site secure, and to meet legal obligations. We share it only with the providers named above, when you ask us to, or when the law requires it. We do not sell or rent personal information.

How long we keep information

We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or until you ask us to delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

Your privacy rights

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for targeted (cross-context behavioral) advertising.

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
